    OmniPlay

    Board games that run in a tab and keep working offline

    Three board games in one shell — Ludo, Snakes & Ladders and Checkers — with more engines in development. Every board is inline SVG and CSS rather than canvas, so it stays sharp on any screen and costs a fraction of the bytes. Sound is synthesised in the browser, so there are no audio files to download. A service worker precaches the whole app on first visit, which means it keeps playing with the network off and installs to the home screen on Android, iOS and desktop. Two to four players pass one device, or play the computer. No account, no download, no ads.

    Smart Notes

    Notes that open instantly and never wait on a network

    A note-taking app built the way OmniPlay was: local first, network second. Notes are written to the device immediately and reconciled in the background when a connection is available, so writing never blocks on a request. Search runs against a local index, so results appear as you type rather than after a round trip. It installs as a PWA on Android and desktop with no store gatekeeping. In development now, targeting Q4 2026.

    Flat Finder

    Renting in the Kathmandu Valley without the group-chat scroll

    Finding a flat in the Kathmandu Valley currently means scrolling Facebook groups full of reposted, months-old listings. Flat Finder is a focused local search: listings tied to a real location on a map, filtered by the things that actually decide a lease — area, budget, floor, water supply, parking — with a verification pass so a listing that is already gone stops appearing. Built mobile-first, because almost everyone searching will be on a phone. Planned for Q1 2027.
